501(c)(3) Private Foundation

No woman should carry unbearable burdens alone. No child should bear them without help.

Guided Healers is a 501(c)(3) private foundation that connects women and children with carefully selected family-owned practices, independent professionals, essential resources, and compassionate care without judgment, delay, or financial barriers.

Our Mission

To give women and children a real second chance by removing financial barriers and providing funds as vouchers through trusted local locations that already know the people they serve, so help is immediate, frictionless, and available to anyone who needs the help.

Our Vision

A world where every woman and child in crisis finds help already waiting for them in trusted local spaces where vouchers are ready and providers already know their name, without delay, judgment, or financial burden.

Ana Vasquez, M.Ed.

President & Founder

Ana is a business strategist, relationship manager, and project director with a Master’s in Education from Mount Mary University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Alverno College. She has spent 26 years working across education, public systems, and corporate partnerships.

As a single mother who has independently raised three children, Ana has been the woman who felt lost and overwhelmed. She started Guided Healers so other women and children would not have to stay there.

Her path has been shaped by decisive action: from the rescue of her birth mother in Guatemala, to sitting on the lap of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Rigoberta Menchú Tum, to surviving a kidnapping at age 15 through her own resilience. These experiences taught her that a single moment of action can change a life — and that organizations can be built to deliver that action at scale.

Related-party disclosure: Ana Vasquez serves as President and Founder of Guided Healers and separately holds interests in the commercial AnaConnectsYou ecosystem. She recuses herself from any deliberation involving an affiliated entity, and no disqualified person is compensated from charitable program funds.

How we operate

We don’t turn people away.

Our focus is women and children, regardless of income or circumstance. When a need falls outside a participating program, we use our nonprofit and community relationships to make a warm connection to another trusted resource.

We work with providers.

We work with providers, prioritizing family-owned practices and independent professionals who offer thoughtful, whole-person options. This includes appropriately qualified art therapists, music therapists, animal-assisted therapy providers, and other complementary practitioners who support both women and children and look beyond a single approach while respecting each person’s existing medical care.

Let's connect.

Every collaboration, partnership, and resource request goes directly to our President, Ana Vasquez.
