Why we exist
Guided Healers was born from a simple, deeply felt question: what if every mother had the right words and the right tools to protect her child online — without fear, without shame, and without needing to become a tech expert?
Ana Vasquez, M.Ed., is the mother and educator behind this work. As President and Founder, she built Guided Healers around the belief that safety should be calm, practical, and within reach of every family. With a background in education and years of walking alongside children and the mothers who love them, she saw how quickly the digital world could feel overwhelming — and how much stronger families become when they have clear, practical guidance they can use from home.
Today, Guided Healers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering plain-language online courses for children and mothers. No pressure. No jargon. Just quiet, practical knowledge that helps families feel safe, steady, and confident online.

How we work
We create and share online courses and resources that approved families can use from home. Our lessons are written with mothers in mind — short, plain-spoken, and free of jargon — and our kids' lessons are gentle enough to build awareness without creating fear.
Guided Healers is an education organization. We do not provide medical, legal, or emergency services. What we do provide is knowledge a family can act on today, and a community that will never make you feel behind for asking a question.
Guided Healers is a 501(c)(3) education nonprofit. We provide online educational courses and may connect qualifying families to independent professional art therapists. We do not provide medical, clinical, therapeutic, legal, or emergency services. We do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee any outcome. Professional certificates are earned by completing a course. They are legitimate credentials that serve as a baseline for women and children in further professional placement or education; they are not a license to practice independently unless otherwise stated. Guided Healers does not employ art therapists and does not provide art therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. When a qualifying family is connected to a professional, that provider is independent. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers may help fund access for those who qualify; funding access does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship. Families are responsible for confirming a provider's credentials and suitability.
