1. HIPAA Compliance and BAA Structural Insulation
In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), all data ingestion portals, user metrics systems, and speech/text analytics layers operated via our partner technology integrations are fully protected under formal Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) executed directly with our infrastructure hosting partners. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is completely encrypted end-to-end (AES-256 data standards at-rest and in-transit).
2. Artificial Intelligence Processing and Dataset Air-Gapping
Any AI processing frameworks or behavioral pattern generators utilized on this platform to generate personalized care pathways operate within a strictly secure, closed sandbox. All user inputs, sentiment data parameters, and engagement metrics are entirely anonymized and air-gapped. No data ingested via our public or workforce platforms is leaked, shared, sold, or utilized to train commercial, public, or third-party AI models.
3. Post-Award Audit Data Sourcing
All tracking dashboards generated via our technology partners compile completely aggregated and anonymized usage metrics. This data is curated solely to satisfy the rigorous post-award reporting metrics mandated by government grant boards (under 2 CFR 200 uniform guidance) and corporate CSR auditors. No individual identity traits are ever exposed during compliance auditing loops.
