The Guided Healers website, courses, and materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice.

Our courses teach online safety, confidence, and empowerment skills. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified professional. If you or your child need medical or mental health support, please contact a licensed provider in your area.

Free seats and covered creative healing access are available only to approved qualifying families and caregivers. Approval is not automatic, and submitting a request does not create a right to services.

Guided Healers may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or end access at any time based on need, available resources, partner referral, or other mission-aligned criteria. Access does not guarantee enrollment, placement with a specific provider, or any particular outcome.

Accounts and free-seat requests for minors must be made by a parent or legal caregiver. Guided Healers communicates with the parent or caregiver, who remains responsible for supervision, consent, and any decisions about additional professional care.

Guided Healers does not provide art therapy, psychotherapy, or any clinical or medical services. We do not employ art therapists, counselors, or other clinical professionals.

When a qualifying family is connected to creative healing support, that provider is an independent professional. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers may help fund access for those who qualify, but that funding does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship.

A Certificate of Completion documents that a participant finished a course. It is not a professional license, certification, diploma, or credential required by any board, school, or employer to practice a profession.

You may not misrepresent a Certificate of Completion as a license, diploma, or credential you have not earned. Completion of a course does not qualify you to provide clinical, therapeutic, or regulated professional services.

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the site to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others. You may not scrape, crawl, data-mine, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

You may not falsely claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or employment with Guided Healers. We may suspend or restrict access for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Healers and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, board members, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, courses, referrals, or creative healing connections.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
