Terms of Service & Usage Agreement
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Welcome to Guided Healers (guidedhealers.org). By accessing our digital infrastructure, software systems, training pathways, or communication platforms, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following comprehensive operational terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only, to provide accurate information in any form you submit, and not to interfere with, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems. We may suspend or restrict access for any conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the Guided Healers name and marks, curricula, frameworks, and software — is owned by Guided Healers or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Healers and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any program content.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
6. Non-Clinical and Non-Medical Advisory Disclosure
Guided Healers operates strictly as a technology curator, administrative coordinator, and organizational project manager. Guided Healers does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, clinical, or formal healthcare advisory services. No content, coordinated care frameworks, partner-delivered modules, automated outputs, or training curriculums made available through this platform constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or clinical advice.
7. Liability Insulation and Shifting
Any technical software systems, AI processing nodes, mobile applications, or digital platforms integrated by Guided Healers are provided entirely on an "as-is" commercial licensing basis through our independent technology partners. Guided Healers, its officers, directors, employees, and consultants assume zero physical, mechanical, operational, or data engineering liability for application failures, software system errors, processing bugs, or data infrastructure degradation. All physical software liabilities, product warranties, engineering guarantees, and functional tech errors are legally and permanently routed directly to our third-party enterprise technology vendors.
8. Emergency and Crisis Mandate
If an individual user inputs statements, indicators, or metrics that denote acute psychological crisis, severe self-harm intent, or immediate medical emergencies, our systems trigger an automated baseline safety redirect. Users are explicitly notified that the platform cannot be used in emergency scenarios. Users are legally instructed to immediately bypass the platform and directly contact the national 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or emergency municipal services (911). Guided Healers assumes no liability for user interactions outside the scope of general resiliency education.
9. Transparent Disclosure on Program Delivery and Partnerships
Guided Healers is a 501(c)(3) private foundation. Community impact delivery, technology platform execution, and educational curriculum assets are provided by independent contracted partner entities. Vendor arrangements are documented and approved by disinterested directors, and any arrangement involving a disqualified person is reviewed for compliance with the self-dealing rules of IRC §4941; fair market value alone is not treated as sufficient justification.
