How free access works
Free seats and covered creative healing access are available only to qualifying families and caregivers. Qualification is based on need-based or partner criteria (such as school, counselor, shelter, or community referral, verified need, or sponsored placement). Free access is not automatic, not unlimited, and not open to the general public. Guided Healers reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or end access at its discretion to protect the mission and available resources. Submission of a request does not create a right to free services.
Who qualifies for free access
- Mothers, caregivers, and children referred by a school, counselor, community organization, faith community, shelter, or trusted partner
- Families with verified financial need or limited access to paid safety education
- Homeschool families or caregivers approved through a short eligibility request
- Sponsored placements funded by a donor, school, or partner organization
- Women and children in situations where online safety education is urgently needed and paid options are not realistic
Who does not automatically qualify
- Companies seeking free training for staff
- Individuals or families who can reasonably access paid professional certification channels
- Anyone requesting free seats without need-based or partner criteria
- Use of Guided Healers as a free substitute for paid industrial, cyber, AI, or trades certification programs

When a qualifying family is connected to a professional, that provider is independent. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers may help fund access for those who qualify; funding access does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship. Families are responsible for confirming a provider's credentials and suitability.
Does Guided Healers guarantee any result or placement?
Guided Healers does not guarantee enrollment, approval for free seats, availability of any provider, specific results from courses, or any particular healing or safety outcome. Programs and availability may change.
What do donations fund?
Contributions support free online courses and covered creative healing access for qualifying families. Until formal online donation processing is fully active, giving and sponsorship are handled by direct contact. We will provide acknowledgment as appropriate.
Can a company support Guided Healers?
Yes. Companies and community partners can donate or sponsor seats. Contact us for details and donation documentation. Guided Healers remains a family-centered nonprofit, not a corporate training vendor.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes. Participants who complete a course earn a professional certificate. This is a real, legitimate credential that serves as a baseline for women and children in any future professional placement or educational path. Seating is limited to protect the value of each certificate earned.
Can children sign up directly?
Accounts and free-seat requests for minors must be made by a parent or legal caregiver. Guided Healers communicates with the parent or caregiver. We do not establish a confidential therapeutic relationship with a child. Parents remain responsible for supervision, consent, and any decisions about additional professional care.
Is everything free for anyone?
No. Free seats and covered creative healing access are only for qualifying families under published criteria. Approval is not guaranteed.
Do you provide therapy or medical care?
No. We provide education and may refer qualifying families to independent art therapists. We are not a clinic.
Are you responsible for the art therapist's work?
No. Providers are independent. They are responsible for their own services and licensure.

Yes. It is a professional certificate — a legitimate credential, not just a class record. It serves as a baseline for women and children in further professional placement or education. It is not a license to practice independently unless otherwise stated.
Can I demand a free seat or a specific therapist?
