4. Program Delivery by Independent Partners

Programs are fulfilled through vetted, contracted delivery partners who operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for their own services, licensure, insurance, personnel, and professional conduct. Guided Healers coordinates and sponsors access; it does not supervise the professional practice of any partner.

Guided Healers does not employ art therapists and does not provide art therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. When a qualifying family is connected to a professional, that provider is independent. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers may help fund access for those who qualify; funding access does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship. Families are responsible for confirming a provider’s credentials and suitability.

5. Minors and Parental Consent

Accounts and free-seat requests for minors must be made by a parent or legal caregiver. Guided Healers communicates with the parent or caregiver. We do not establish a confidential therapeutic relationship with a child. Parents remain responsible for supervision, consent, and any decisions about additional professional care.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in any program is voluntary and results vary by individual. Guided Healers makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any particular outcome, improvement, benefit, or result from participation, and assumes no liability for decisions made in reliance on program content.
