A Guided Healers family navigator is a trained peer family liaison. We listen, help you document what happened, explain your reporting options, build a practical next step plan, connect you to the right care, and follow up. Our navigators are not clinicians and do not provide emergency or clinical care. The navigator answers during our posted operating hours.

Guided Healers does not employ art therapists and does not provide art therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. When a qualifying family is connected to a professional, that provider is independent. The provider is solely responsible for their services, licensure, methods, and outcomes. Guided Healers may help fund access for those who qualify; funding access does not create a clinical, employment, or agency relationship. Families are responsible for confirming a provider's credentials and suitability.
We will always do our best for your family, but Guided Healers does not guarantee enrollment, approval for free seats, availability of any provider, specific results from courses, or any particular healing or safety outcome. Programs and availability may change.

Yes, and we would love that. Companies and community partners can donate or sponsor seats. Contact us for details and donation documentation. Guided Healers remains a family centered nonprofit, not a corporate training vendor.
That is the plan. When courses open, participants who complete one are planned to receive a certificate of completion recognized by families and schools as proof of learning. Seating is limited.
Accounts and free seat requests for minors must be made by a parent or legal caregiver. Guided Healers communicates with the parent or caregiver. We do not establish a confidential therapeutic relationship with a child. Parents remain responsible for supervision, consent, and any decisions about additional professional care.
No. Free seats and funded art therapy access are only for qualifying families under published criteria. Approval is not guaranteed.
No. We provide education and may refer qualifying families to independent art therapists. We are not a clinic.
No. Providers are independent. They are responsible for their own services and licensure.
No. It is a certificate of completion recognized by families and schools, proof that the participant finished the course. It is not a professional license, board certification, or diploma, and it does not authorize independent practice.
