We are required to file Form 990-PF annually with the Internal Revenue Service. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law for gifts to private foundations.

Conflict-of-Interest & Related-Party Policy

Guided Healers maintains a written conflict-of-interest policy and a related-party transaction policy. All transactions involving directors, officers, or affiliated entities must be disclosed in writing, reviewed and approved in advance by directors who have no interest in the transaction, and documented in the minutes. Any arrangement involving a disqualified person is reviewed for compliance with the private-foundation self-dealing rules of IRC §4941; fair market value alone is not treated as sufficient justification.

Compensation Policy

No disqualified person — including any director, officer, or affiliated entity — is compensated from charitable program funds. Any permissible payment for personal services would require advance review and approval by directors with no interest in the arrangement, with the interested party recused.

Reporting & Outcomes

Partner and funder reporting reflects delivery activity, allocation of funds, and participation data. Specific social, educational, clinical, or financial outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site constitutes an assurance, audit opinion, or attestation by any independent accounting firm.

Charitable Solicitation

Guided Healers provides charitable solicitation registration status and financial information, where required by a state, upon written request. A copy of official registration and financial information may also be obtained from the applicable state agency; registration does not imply endorsement.

Financial Stewardship

Foundation assets and program fund allocations are overseen in partnership with an independent, SEC-registered investment advisory firm based in Wisconsin. The firm’s name and regulatory disclosures are available to partners and funders upon request. This arrangement supports prudent management, transparent reporting, and the separation of charitable program dollars from any commercial activities.

Commercial Fulfillment Separation

Where corporate initiatives require commercial execution, those workstreams are coordinated through the vetted AnaConnectsYou ecosystem (Desert Sun Investments, FoundHer Elite, Elevation 2.0, IV Studio) and contracted independently at arm’s length from charitable program dollars, in accordance with private-foundation self-dealing rules under IRC Section 4941.

Corporate Partnerships

Formal corporate partnerships require an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) defining scope, deliverables, reporting, and compliance obligations.
